The Government of India decided to introduce the Air Suvidha Form to help reduce the spread of coronavirus within the country and keep the general public safe.

The Indian Air Suvidha form serves as an online health and travel declaration that requires travellers to provide their basic personal and contact details, as well as share the details of their planned trip to India, and lastly give details of their health status and recent travel history.

The Air Suvidha Form should be completed online 3 business days before one's scheduled arrival in India. Filling out the online health declaration results in travellers receiving a PDF confirmation of its completion via email.

The Indian health and travel declaration is currently mandatory for all incoming visitors to India, as part of the additional safety measures introduced due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Since the Air Suvidha Form is available to be completed online, the application process is not a difficult one.

All you have to do is follow these steps:

1. Collect the required documents and prepare an active email address, as well as any preferred working device with an internet connection
2. Start completing the application form with the required data while making sure to not make any mistakes and fill out all the needed information

For children and all underage travellers, it is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to complete the Indian Air Suvidha Self Declaration Form on their behalf.

The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has extended the list of the required documents applicable upon international travels.

India, like many countries now, requires travellers to have additional documents to enter, including the completed India Self Declaration Form - Air Suvidha.

International travellers may also need to prepare their vaccination certificates or negative PCR test results to be able to enter India with no issues.
